🧁 THERE'S MUFFIN' TO MAKING THESE HEALTHY BREKKY BITES! 👩🏻🍳 ALL YOU NEED IS A BLENDER, A MUFFIN TRAY AND A FEW INGREDIENTS! 🍌 Great for the kids' lunches, weekend breakfasts or as a snack! 🍫 Here's how: ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ • 3 ripe bananas • 1 cup natural Greek yogurt • 1 cup spelt flour • 1 cup quick oats • 1/2 cup milk • 1/8 tsp baking powder • 2 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp vanilla paste • 3 eggs • 1 tsp cinnamon • Dark chocolate chips to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to the blender. Blitz until combined.
Evenly pour the mixture into lined or greased muffin tray, sprinkle choc chips on top and bake for 22 - 24 minutes. That's it!
You can swirl PB on top, add choc chips through the batter or even use some frozen berries to top! Customise it to be your own!
